Shift Enterprises Pty Ltd collect personal information from our users during online registration and online purchasing. Generally, this information includes name and e-mail address for registration to receive our free newsletters and name, postal address, and credit card information when purchasing our products. The information we collect is used only for internal marketing purposes and to distribute our newsletters. Shift Enterprises Pty Ltd does not sell, exchange, or release your personal information (name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit data, etc.) Your information is not shared with any other third party or company outside of billing and shipping purposes.
How do we store your information?
Your information is stored at the list server that delivers our newsletters. Your information can only be accessed by those who help manage those lists in order to deliver e-mail to those who would like to receive our newsletters.
Your credit card information is processed by 1ShoppingCart and our merchant account - we do not store your credit details on our servers at all
Updating your information
All of the newsletters that are sent to you by Shift Enterprises Pty Ltd include links to update your information and to unsubscribe in them. You can use these links to change your personal details or subscription yourself. You can also contact us at info@joannamartin.com.au to change your information at any time.

Terms and Conditions
1. Delivery of Tickets
a) Upon completing your payment through our secure shopping cart you will be sent an email. This email will be your confirmation of ticket purchase and will contain full details of your attendance at the event.
2. Enrolment Cancellation
a) If you notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of ordering that you wish to cancel your enrolment we will refund you 100% of amount you have paid.
b) If you notify us more than 7 calendar days from the date of ordering and more than 14 calendar days before the event, that you wish to cancel your enrolment we will refund you 50% of the total amount you have paid.
c) If you notify us 14 calendar days or less of the event that you wish to cancel your enrolment we will refund you 0% of the total amount you have paid.
All notices that you wish to cancel your enrolment must be provided in writing.
3. Product Warranty
a) If any product(s) that you receive with your enrolments is found to be faulty we will replace the faulty product(s).
4. Rescheduling your enrolment
a) If you find that you are unable to attend the seminar on the dates for which you have enrolled, you may transfer your enrolment, without penalty, to the same seminar that Shift Enterprises Pty Ltd may convene provided you so within 2 years of the original seminar date. Any transfer is subject to seats being available in your preferred seminar at the time you make the request. However, you agree that Shift Enterprises Pty Ltd may choose not to convene the same seminar again, and there is no obligation on Shift Enterprises Pty Ltd to do so.
5. Seminar Changes
a) If for any reason we deem it necessary to change the seminar dates, venue, speaker or hours we may do so by notifying you in writing of the changes we make. In this case you retain the right to reschedule your enrolment in accordance with paragraph 3 above, and you shall have no claim upon us for a refund or compensation.
6. Seminar Cancellation
a) If for any reason we deem it necessary to do so, we may cancel the seminar by notifying you in writing. In this case we will refund the total amount you have paid for your enrolment and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.
7. Intellectual Property
a) All material presented during the seminar(s) for which you are enrolling is subject to copyright. The copyright in the materials remains the property of their owners and may not be recorded, used or reproduced, without the written permission of the copyright owner.
8. Currency
All prices quoted on this website are in Austraian Dollars (AUD).
9. General
a) The laws of the state of Victoria govern this agreement. Should any part of this agreement be determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will be unaffected. This agreement may not be varied except with the written approval of the director of Shift Enterprises Pty Ltd. All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute, that are excludable are excluded from this agreement. Such terms, conditions and warranties implied by the statute that are not excludable are not excluded from this again but our liability for breach of such conditions and warranties implied by the statute that are not excludable is limited to the total amount paid by you to Shift Enterprises Pty Ltd under this agreement.
